Began practicing Karate at age of 7 in 1992 with Camille Ohan.
Passed Shodan on May 6th 2001 after failing the previous year.
Five (5) week training at Tsukamoto Dojo in Tokyo.
Sept. 2010, joins Heart & Soul Dojo under Maximiliano Ferraiolo.
Coached Benoit Porlier at 2011 10th World Tournament Open Weight in Tokyo, Japan.
Participated in various World Shinkyokushin Seminars.
Tournaments
- North American Shinkyokushin Weight Tournament 2008: place 3rd in selection
- 2009 World Weight Tournament in St-Petersburgh: loss to Lithuanian adversary. Also participated in International Seminar.
- “New Storm” North American Championship 2009: 1st place
- Kanreikai 2009: 2nd place. Loss of 1st position by Ippon to Polish Adversary
- Monteregie Tournament 2010: 3rd place
- Coupe Canadienne 2010: 1st place. Organized by Sensei Hugo Perez at L’Academie Sportive.
- Dakegi 2010 Light Weight: 2nd place. Loss after 3rd extension to Polish adversary.
- North American Shinkyokushin 2011 Middle Weight Championship: 1st place.
- Rimouski Middle Weight Championship 2011: 1st place
- Victory in one match in Rochester, New York against Spanish opponent, Manuel Zafra organized by Sensei Rene Cruz.
- Competition Alexandre Hache, on February 3rd 2012 at St-Lambert, category Light Weight : 1rst place.
